SR. ADVISORS / PARTNERS

Degree holder with at least 3-years experience in the Insurance/Finance industry in sales role

Self-starter, self-driven you define your territory to build accounts one client at a time

Analyze, formulate, present product comparison to advice and direct clients on best fit, best option

State certified and licensed agent/underwriter
-
Proficient in professional client presentations with natural inclination in people services

Focus on what you do best -- we run your lead generation and marketing for new leads in your territory. You receive daily leads from telemarketing and web inquiries and turn these to clients

Generous renumeration packages towards a compensation goal up to $250k/yr

VIRTUAL ADVISORS
-
Home-based or located in central office to advice, answer inquiries, resolve issues
-
Account management function to develop leads into clients

Analyze, formulate, and present product options over online web presentations
-
At least 2-years experience in customer service handling and resolution
-
At least 2-years Insurance and Financial industry experience in a sales role
-
Preferred: State certified and licensed agent/underwriter

Receive leads and develop into new accounts from telemarketing and online web inquiries

CLIENT REPRESENTATIVES (CRs)
-
Blended inbound (inquiries/orders/issues) and outbound (telesales) role
-
Generate new leads by calling business owners and entrepreneurs about RISE products and services

Pass on those leads to Client Advisors for further development and contract closing
-
Arrange appointments and presentation meetings with Client Advisors and business owners
-
Answer client inquiries, open and resolve issue/cases to pass on to carriers
-
Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPI (Key Performance Index) to maintain and exceed quality standards

1-year+ experience in Customer service role, 6-months telesales in insurance and financial industy
